Need Help Removing Malware Chrome Extension "QuantumNeonious" which is unremovable

Good Afternoon,

I am in desperate need of help to remove malware which somehow was gotten onto my computer as an extension in Goodle Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It is unremovable, and has administrator privelages so it cannot be removed normally. I have tried the regedit path, and i was only allowed to delete certain files with the ID, as some did'nt let me delete them. I have also used Malware and cleaners etc all of which completely missed it and wouldnt pick up on it. I have also deleted the extension file from the appdata path, and still no luck. I have attached a photo of the subsequent virus extension.
PLS HELP!!

Let's find out where this is hiding. Post the logs from this Scan. I will review them and give you a solution.


Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).
Download Farbar Recovery Scan ToolChoose the 32 or 64 bit version for your system.
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Ensure that you are in an Administrator Account
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Check the boxes as seen here:

Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Please attach the logs for my review.
