I have a Little issue with my windows 10 and I also cant start a thread

or dont know where to go to start a new thread ..

the only new things I have changed on my windows
was Installing Emsisoft Anti/Malware

and I did the Remove windows 10 Original apps as described here on the Site

Windows 10 - How to Uninstall Default Apps and OneNote from Windows 10

Now I have this Small Problem

I cant change my Logon screen password ??

I know it,,, I sign in with it every day,,,, But I cant change it

It is Not a Must But I would Like to know why what has happened

Do you use a Local Account or Microsoft Account (ie. @msn, @live, @outlook)?

If you use a Microsoft Account try Option 3, otherwise Option 1 and 2 are recommended.
Password of User Account - Reset in Windows 10
