AVG Tune Up utilities is not free , you must purchase a license. I use it and very satisfying in my opinion

I've used Glarry Utilities before, its not bad for free program.

Glary Utilities Free is what I use now.

Then there's also Wise Care 365 Free.

If you choose to use any system utilities tool, watch out for the 1-Click clean/optimize buttons or tools, make sure you know what you do.

Privazer + Auslogics Registry cleaner + CCleaner Free is what I use now, Its great handy tools.
AVG PC tuneUp? U must be joking, why u want to pay when u are getting many good freeware with same number of features. If u still trust some of the programs like that and searching for an alternative then i would suggest to go with Advanced System Care Pro, which is available as a giveaway in this forum for 6 months. But i rate ☻☻☻☻☻ for freewares.

Glary Utilities or Wise Care 365 are both good and safe in my experience. Both are free. Or to be very safe just Ccleaner.
