Need some help urgent..Work computer infected..Log...

Hey guys.

I have a work computer infected with some ransomware. (ukash scam)

Would really appreciate it if I could get some help asap.

Have already tried a bunch of boot rescue discs that did nothing.

Attached is the first log from frst. I could not get aswMBR to work.

Any help would be awesome!

Hi,



On your clean PC, download attached file and save it onto your flash drive.

Then, boot to system recovery, plug in your flash drive, open FRST and click fix. Post the generated log.

Attempt to boot normally.

managed to have someone remove it for me.
could not wait any longer as it was a work computer!
