Need to create a outbound rule for SmartScreen...

Hey guys!

I run BiniSoft in Medium Filtering Mode, deleted all my rules & restored the recommended rules by WFC.

Now SmartScreenFilter can't access the Internet.

What rule do I have to set?

Allow this.
C:\windows\system32\smartscreen.exe

If you use x86 windows you might have to do this
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\smartscreen.exe


EDIT: You can always go in connection log and see what is blocked btw.
