Need to help with ransowmare - OSIRIS

Need Help. Novice with this community. Co-worker just opened spam email and OSIRIS virus downloaded and encrypted files on two computers. Tried to download malwarebytes and get error message " The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another." Can anyone help?
