OS file reputation is a must... also add HTTPS Everywhere and use a script blocker and you should be fine. You could also use a DNS service with filters, like OpenDNS or others. I found OpenDNS to be very fast and reliable.

Good configuration out there.

You can add CCleaner for your additional maintenance program.

Optional you can add an Anti-exe based if you want which deals on whitelisting. (Voodoshield or SecureAplus)
