NetLimiter 4

I have been using Fort Knox firewall for a few days but found one I had not seen before called NetLimiter 4

Is this any better then FortKnox ? Can it be installed along with FortKnox or should it be install alone?

Net limiter is only for traffic control its not firewall but can be extra good suplement to firewall if need.

Depend how you setup it
I have set all block Incoming and out connection from up,
same as in my firewall from SpyShelter
