I still prefer the old design.

but, I think, youtube possible adjusting with windows 8 style (which use such a metro style). with large buttons and wide.
like you see in the flash player also.

WALT, did you read what McLovin wrote, it might not be available in your region yet - or try changing your location.

I too can switch to the new Gmail, but I (again) prefer the old design.

YouTube will push it out as soon as possible I would think, and I actually like the new look of Gmail a well

Google will eventually force all users to their new design.

I don't like the new YouTube, it looks more like an App than a website.

At the moment CosmicPanda works best with Chrome which is unfair for users who use alternate web browsers.

Keep watching when moving between videos, playlists, and channels (Chrome only)
