Click on 'New Thread', and Title it as your "[username] Config". There will be Forms and Choices to pick from, once you're happy with the details click 'Post Thread'. If you wish to change any details, return to your first post on that thread and click, Edit > Full Edit. (No need to create a new thread for every change).

You can read this post, although I must warn you it's a little out-dated.
