I downloaded a dodgy file which installed a few games automatically on the computer.
Have run CCleaner and removed any new files but computer is ''sloppy'' and I know there is something infected but unsure what.
System restore won't work, i have tried maybe a dozen times, closed all anti-virus etc, still won't restore.
Now I have lost all access to network computers and external drives etc, not sure if this has anything to do with it but never had any probs before.
Please help.
