Kind of strange that they require you to signup before you can even try it.
No screenshots, privacy policy or detailed info?

It just sound like a remote control program like TeamViewer.

What I Remember from it. You where given 60 days to try it. Before you buy, But I'm not 100% sure how it works now. I would not use them anyway now, I like to fix my own system, then have them to try
