I'm new to this website forum. I decided to become a member due to my strong interest in computer technology and my computer infected by all of these annoying malicious programs that seem endless. I hope to gain some valuable knowledge and offer some as well. The future will direct me to my destiny through my journey. I have a question. Has anybody subscribed to Avast? If you have and if you don't mind me asking, I need to know if I have made a logical choice in subscribing to this software that supposedly is suppose to protect your machine. I purchased the 1 year service plan with warranty. They attempted twice to remove all of the malicious software from my computer and were unsuccessful. I got rid of the malware by myself following the tips from this website.

Does anybody have suggestions on how to request a refund?

Your advice is surely appreciated.

Have you tried through avast! Support, https://support.avast.com . Did the Warranty guarantee successful malware removal?
