Greetings everyone.

I'm new to this website forum. I decided to become a member due to my strong interest in computer technology and my computer infected by all of these annoying malicious programs that seem endless. I hope to gain some valuable knowledge and offer some as well. The future will direct me to my destiny through my journey. I'm looking forward to chit chatting along the way and getting to know how you offer valuable advice.

I have a question. Has anybody subscribed to Avast? If you have and if you don't mind me asking, I need to know if I have made a logical choice in subscribing to this software that supposedly is suppose to protect your machine. I purchased the 1 year service plan with warranty. They attempted twice to remove all of the malicious software from my computer and were unsuccessful. I got rid of the malware by myself following the tips from this website.

Does anybody have suggestions on how to request a refund?

Your advice is surely appreciated.
