I forgot to say that I have installed Adguard for blocking all the Ads, and I use only Edge or IE, because I have several Windows smartphones, so I use all Microsoft services on all devices

I would remove Spyshelter since you have Bitdefender Internet Security installed.
Consider some other on demand scanners,those that have already been suggested are good choices.
Consider CCleaner or Privazer for privacy & system optimization.
Consider some type of system back up solution.

I would suggest to install ZAM Free, CCleaner Free, a good backup software, such as Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper.
Add also Adblock Plus, since it's avalaible for Edge.
