i like this one because i can read and CREATE pdf without the need of the hyper-expensive heavy bloated big name that everybody knows

My default PDF reader is PDF- XChange Viewer but I also install Nitro PDF Reader.

In this software is good that using it You can add a note and underline text and safe changes.

Nitro PDF Reader is very good software but I prefer PDF- XChange Viewer.
