No internet connection after upgrading to Avast! Premier

After i received license for Premier, my pc doesn't have internet connection Avast should fix that issue Does anyone has same problem ?

No, that’s weird… Try disabling the firewall and rebooting your system, see if that helps.

your router ip, gateway ip , google.com. See if there is response or not.

Please make sure you have disabled Avast Firewall before you uncheck the boxes.

If that doesn't help, then check everything again. Sorry.

Have you used any other firewalls prior to Avast ?
What did you use ?
Does uninstalling Avast resolve the issue ?

Try repairing Avast!:

Control Panel>>Uninstall Program>>Avast>>Repair


Before my Firewall didn’t work with Premier so I fixed it and it worked.
