is this a normal key full version or just a trial software?

Its a 12 month full version, I've tried it!

I installed it last night and i saw it had no web protection. It seems very stripped down to basic Firewall Antivirus Antispyware and parental Protection

probably now i know why norman doesn't have good customer base....
it took 3 restarts to install, after installing i notice it using 17-19 processes, and when updating , it showed me 22 minutes left. After 5-7 minutes update of virus database, a blank white pop-up screen came up and it stayed blank for more than 5 minutes, and then i had to close it by close button.....

after uninstall, it still leaves start menu folder...

I rarely see anyone using their software. Is Norman a good product?
