Symantec's program is full of errors. It works in an instable way. Are the users safe?

Indeed, I 've used Norton for several months through recent years and errors are something common. It's a pity as except it's respectable signatures, it's sonar seems to do a good job as I 've seen in personal tests in vm in 2013 version.
