Have tried Ghost in the past. Never had much luck. Macrium Reflect did however perform better than Ghost, but more limited :(

Old age utility backup program, and they have integrated from Norton 360 and stand alone related like Norton Zone/Norton Online Backup.

Except, Online Backup or Sharing can't be used for OS Recovery.
