Thanks for sharing. :)

Any 90 days floating around that you can find? I found one but with an older build.

Here you go guys NIS 2011 with 90days trail : http://malwaretips.com/Thread-Norton-Internet-Security-2011-90-days-for-free

Well that's a 90 days trail but the build version probably is old, on this link was the latest version 18.6

Can't Norton be updated?

I think it can, what I mean is if you download the version it will show the old version number but it can be updated the program version via liveupdate. However with this thread shows that free trials are not eligible to update.

If you install the link with is the latest version it will be less hassle.

for the extra 30 days I can take the hassle.....
I'm pretty sure you can update the product build even if you are using a trail version.....I did that with NIS several times in the past....
Right now I'm installing NIS on my girlfriends laptop....just to test this:D

This is my previous edited post, win7holic said it cannot update, also he was using the 90 days trail too before.

So I've installed NIS with 90days trail...and YES ,NIS will update automatically to the latest build....18.6...or whatever build is the lastest one.....just download the 90 days trail and run LiveUpdate....and that;s it.
Before the LiveUpdate

Immediately after LiveUpdate has finished the task.

And after the "Restart" ......We have the lastest build with 90days trail. :D

Anyone ever tried to just run the 90 day trial till it ends and then reinstall another 60 or 90 day trial on and on just to see how long they can keep a paid anti-virus installed for free? NIS I like and paid for but I'm curious if as I would assume what blocks Symantec have put in place for someone that might attempt such a thing, nice find by you all by the way.

Ok Jack, still it can update to the latest program version so that's good. :)

Well 60 days license was good but 90 days was better. So agree for that too .

i use NIS 2011 and uninstall the old :)
yesssssss
i find it again
my trial will end 24 days again at the latest version

I don't think that will work..as far as I know you can only install 1 trail for a product.... ;P
