It is advised to take all reviews with a grain of salt. In extreme cases some reviews use dramatization for entertainment purposes.
Good test. Norton is protective, sub-par on removal and hence shouldn't be put on infected machines.
The last time Leo tested it and it failed I emailed him to tell him that without an internet connection it would fail on download insight. He forgot to make sure the internets were working.
