@MalwareDoctor Realated to that file, Norton has auto-SUD. Basically, each unknown file scanned by a Norton product is automatically submitted to Symantec for analysis. That probably happened: the file was submitted, analysed and then a signature was added (also written in the video comments)
The methodology of Norton Security is efficient and effective, since the SONAR itself is optimized and accurately detect any samples that are bypassed on Cloud or through signatures.
But of course different side of story if you will rely SONAR itself without cloud functionality.
