Troubleshoot NVIDIA shows black or transparent border around 3D object's edges(latest driver)

I am using NVIDIA GT630.
I started seeing black or transparent borders around the edges of 3D objects.
When I updated the driver, the previous problem got worse.
Depending on what's being run, the problem seems to differ.
On Java-based games, the transparent borders can be seen.
What could be the problem?
I already uninstalled the driver, reinstalled it, cleaned up contacts of video card while wearing static discharger, resetted all settings to default, but the problem seems to be persistent.
What could be the problem?

if you have done all that then the issue is the driver itself nvidia cards have alot of driver issues at the moment have you tried downgrading to an earlier driver or maybe even trying the beta drivers for your card
