Suggestions:
Why isn't UAC available for your OS? If it does become available I suggest setting it to Always Notify.

The rest of your config's solid as long as you practice safe browsing habits.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice config. but i would add a second opinion scanner(perhaps Malwarebytes 3 or Zemana).
And install Https Everywhere and Ublock Origin:)

Thanks for sharing and welcome.
The fellas above covered it, if your not a big fan of Ublock you can sub that for AdGuard, which is system wide
protection. ;)

You'll find that UAC is available in Windows 10, unless you have it disabled. Can you check your settings again.

Please enable UAC as @Spawn said it is available to you. And keep those backups up to date. Maybe add CCleaner and Privazer. ;)

Thanks for sharing your config with us here at MT. :)

Please enable Smartscreen and UAC (preferably, to maximum). You are only using Windows Defender, these layers are even more important.
Add Zemana Portable, ESET is not the best on demand scanner at all.
Last but not the least, be cautious!

Enable UAC & Smartscreen.
ESET as an on demand scanner? Eset online scanner?
Anymore on demand scanners?
Please edit your config with more thorough details.
