Works for me as well. For anyone can for whatever reason can't see the offer in the cart, turn off your adblock. One of the filters seems to block and the offer will not show in the cart at all (and the site will tell you that there is nothing in the cart - for reference, I was using Adguard with default and non-default filters).

As for language, you can change it back on the footer (bottom) of the page on OneDrive and account settings (both seem independent of another so you may have to change language on both). I only mention this because I could not find it for about 2 minutes. lol Right in front of my face.
