I agree some of these are useless,but you can uninstall some of these!!

How? Tried it first the casual way, then via powershell. Maybe i did something wrong?

IObit Uninstaller should be able to uninstall most of those.

I used the Update Assistant on my first machine because the update wasn't detected in Windows Updates. The second machine I did Windows Update and it installed it. (Downloading took forever compared to update assistant, and I started the process before this thread was made.
