What happened to Norton, 95,1% detection and 57 FPs !
That's not good !

I can definitely confirm increased FP's... For example, I ran a 'Full Scan' with NIS2012 resulting in 3 FP's... I immediately ran NPE with 0 FP's... (also mbam and hmp... 0 FP's...)

When considering the results, I'm guessing they 'simply' rushed the 'Beta' out of the door too quickly...

G-DATA and Trustport leading the way. And just 0.1% behind Trustport - the [lately] overlooked and dismissed by a lot of people Avira! Advanced+ award and very good scan speed.

Didn't expect F-Secure, BitDefender and Kaspersky to be clustered in these lowly positions [the second not convincing F-Secure performance in a row], but for me Symantec is definitely the disappointment of the test. Not only is the detection low, but the scan speed is slipping too.

Freeware fanatics rejoice - Avira, Panda and avast have got you covered!

False Positives for Symantec was surprise, it could be the cloud feature, signatures or Sonar itself flagged those false alarm items.
