The company says that some customer credit card information could have been compromised on visits between April 10 and August 10, 2019.
According to On the Border, malware was installed on the payment-processing system, which then harvested information including names, credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, and credit card verification codes. Customers who ordered through delivery services or bought catering from the company were not affected. Investigation of the incident is ongoing, and On the Border reports that it is cooperating with law enforcement.
