EAM = AV + BB
OA = FW + HIPS
OA++ = AV + FW + HIPS
OA++ & Mamutu = AV + FW + HIPS + BB

so

EAM + OA = OA++ & Mamutu

I never faced any such trouble, you can try some other browser. Hope it can resolve the issue.
1 important thing it was First come first serve basis giveaway and already more than 100 people has participated. So i feel you can avoid this.

Same happened to me in Firefox, I temporary disabled Ghostery add-on, refreshed the page and everyone was fine again or I could have opened up Chrome, IE9 and view that way.

I haven't received my license either and i am sure nobody did. The matter of fact is if you spend some time in that site you'll see that site is celebrating its birthday and for that organized 21 days of non-stop giveaways. As far as announcing the winners are concerned i think only the first 2 giveaways winners are announced and this was the 15th giveaways. So i would request you to wait for it as it will be a long process. Its a reputed blog and you all will surely get the license.
