Advice Request online scanner and file size

I just tried to upload a 3GB file to VirusTotal to see it exceeds the 500mb limit.
I was wondering, which online scanners work with files of any size?

What kind of file is 3GB and may contain viruses? That usually means it’s an archive or disk image and you might be better off unpacking it before submission.

Size for free is in the order of hundred of MBs, if it is an archive indeed no meaning to do that. Just hash the archive, and look for the hash on virustotal, or something else, plus if you suspect is not an archive, just take a look at it with file or Marco Pontello's Home - Software - TrID

An exe - an adobe installer, which does unpack during installation but the file itself is an exe and thus needs scanning

Ah those pesky giant self-extracting EXEs. Sometimes 7zip and WinRAR can extract those for you without you having to run their executable, which I always consider to be a plus
