Said "the archive is corrupted"

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Turned off the Hardened mode but that didn't fix anything.

Hello all, since I have Avast Premier 2015 when I donwload archives in the "malware hub" sometimes they don't open "the archive is corrupted". I was thinking this was because of the hardened mode but I did not see changes even if I turned it off.
If someone can help a little,

Everything is better than WinRAR, try a normal archiver like 7-Zip.
