This based on Chromium 75.0.3766.2 build brings our experimental approach for speed dial page preloading. You can try it by enabling the flag #sd-flicker-buster.

We’ve also fixed the black screen issue that many of you have recently experienced.

White field appears at the top of the full screen mode on YouTube when the Next button is clicked
