I think you should read this: Pale Moon - Add-ons - Known Incompatible Add-ons
and some add-ons may won't work with Palemoon (by desing)

i use pale moon and i am using keepassx as my password manager,but of course pale moon has a password manager built in.

Is there a problem with Lastpass in Pale Moon?
I'm using both, but have not noticed problems.
Even the Incompatibility list recommend Lastpass as a "workaround" of Dashlane.
