If I remember correctly, this issue was within windows and not panda. Have you contacted Panda to find out?

contacted panda and they say its window defender is off not panda
I know window defender is off but its not integrate itself inspyware and unwanted software protection list in "action center" and that is why warning pop ups.
All other internet security have no warning on my pc

Only panda could assist you further. Have you explained everything and provided screenshots?

sometimes it takes double work to have things done across:)
