Just because you have to register, that does not make it a shareware. Shareware is limited in either duration (trial) or disabled functionality. This is a fully functional freeware without any duration limitation. And it has always been free.

Secondly, the license which you are pasting for everybody is a specific license which one gets for personal use (for single person). It is not generic. Anybody can get their own personal license by registering themselves at the link given by LittleBits.

Shareware requires you to buy a license to unlock features. Trialware only is fully functional for a given time period then requires to buy a license.

Paragon will not spam your email either, you may select if you want to be notified about promos, updates or want to receive their news letter. They offer free versions for just about all of their products which will do fine for most home users. Their paid products have added features most users would never need.
