This is NOT a giveaway, it is unlimited freeware.
Anyone can register and get a free license anytime.

Thanks.
Freeware doesn't ask you to register, CCleaner is freeware, this is shareware with a given serial number
You are wrong there are many freeware that requires you to register for free. It is called free registration for a reason.
Shareware requires you to buy a license to unlock features. Trialware only is fully functional for a given time period then requires to buy a license.
Giveaways are only available for a given time period as well then the giveaway will expire.
Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Edition has been available for free since about 2006, there is no limitations, no locked features or limited features, no trial period, etc. It simply just requires you to register for free like Avast does. Paragon will not spam your email either, you may select if you want to be notified about promos, updates or want to receive their news letter. They offer free versions for just about all of their products which will do fine for most home users. Their paid products have added features most users would never need.
Thanks.
