Patch My PC - Free, Portable, Awesome

Next to CCleaner, Patch My PC may be my favorite maintenance tool. It's a free, portable application that will update your software and download/install windows updates. It's similar to Secunia PSI but with a much lighter footprint and, in my opinion, easier to use. Also, Patch My PC gives you a list of important and optional software to install straight within the program...which is great when you're setting up a new PC. It has a built-in scheduler and updates within the app.
