I have used this tool several times to remove junk from Windows installer directory, which tends to get bloated.
Your Windows installation will lose a lot of weight fast.
You can either save the removed files to a different location, or delete them entirely.

These installer files are necessary to uninstall software, but it often happens that the software is already removed from your system, and the corresponding file remains in the Windows installer directory.
This tool runs a script that searches for orphaned installers, and then moves or deletes the installers.
