There is no reason to run another program for anti-spyware if you're using KIS.
KIS has complete anti-spyware and it would probably conflict and cause your pc is run very slow.
Malwarebytes should run just fine as a on-demand scanner, I'm not sure if the pro version is compatible with KIS.
As long as your don't download or run unknown files, KIS should be enough to protect you.
