with Kaspersky Internet Security 2012? And additionally, Malwarebtyes
Anti-Malware?

There is no reason to run another program for anti-spyware if you're using KIS.
KIS has complete anti-spyware and it would probably conflict and cause your pc is run very slow.
Malwarebytes should run just fine as a on-demand scanner, I'm not sure if the pro version is compatible with KIS.

As long as your don't download or run unknown files, KIS should be enough to protect you.

The Pro is very compatible with Kaspersky Internet Securty 2012!
Just trying to get better insight various details of what you do if you
get infected with Malware. It seem that some Adware is more of
headache that virus and/or a trojan in general! Not always!
