Seems a bit too much to me even if they works together, the resources consumption is high. EAM is not so necessary when you have KIS and MBAM;

As Umbra said. KIS and MBAM enough OR EAM and MBAM

You can try add Zemana AntiMalware as scanner just like Hitman pro. Hitman pro you need to buy the license to remove threats, but Zemana isnt.

Were you running this exact config when you last got infected? Which seems to be quite recently.

Even though EAM is likely designed to be a companion based, however its already overkill when Kaspersky TS can afford everything especially their Application Control Privilege as a powerful restriction component.

MBAM can give you minimal protection from its latest threats only and not the overall outcome which likely you may keep it as on demand scanner.

KTS is more than enough and EAM and MBAM running in real time is not going to provide any advantages.
Consider removing System Mechanic.In fact CCleaner or Privazer would be more than enough to meet your privacy & optimisation needs.
