Phishing Email Warns: Add Recovery Number or Account Deleted

BleepingComputer has been focusing on alerting our readers to interesting phishing email campaigns that stand out from the normal invoices, summons, parking tickets, and shipping notifications that we see so often.

A new campaign has been spotted that pretends to be a warning from your email server stating that you must add a recovery phone number to your account or the email account, and all its contents, will be deleted.

These phishing emails have a subject line of "New Account Verification!" and pretend to be a "Server Notification" as shown below.
