I think you are assuming any massive config will keep you from being infected, this is the wrong answer.. I have run CIS "comodo" for years with no infections, a friend of mine has CIS also, but was just infected the other day, because her kids downloaded something and clicked "allow" for all the pop ups from CIS... can you say oppssss... It happens..
As for the firewall, webroot ties into windows firewall with a firewall module.
