It's not working for me. When I click on Proceed to checkout, it just loads the cart page again. I've tried on two browsers, with the same result.

Try in "InPrivate/Incognito" mode, maybe ad blocker prevent the page to load.

That didn't work. I had to use a VPN to change my location to the US, to get it to work. Although in the checkout page, I was able to use an Australian address.

Sounds odd.

For me it worked flawless and I didn't need to change my location, browser etc.

I'm guess you don't live in Australia. They must have limited the regions the offer is available in. But it is interesting that I was able to enter an Australian address on the checkout page.

I tried again this morning from an Australian IP address and it still doesn't work, when using one.
