Troubleshoot PlaySearchNow problems

Hello everyone! New user here....I've followed all steps from this site (malwarebytes, removed extensions--which there were none--in all browsers) to remove this dang extension but I'm at my wits end!! Please, anyone, help!! Thank you in advance!!

Also, have you checked if there are any malicious profiles installed on your device? If there isn’t a Profiles icon, you don’t have any profiles installed, which is normal.

1. Go to System Preferences.
2. Click Profiles.
3. The list will include an item “AdminPrefs“. Select this and click the remove “–” button in the lower left corner.
