Please Help. Malware Issues multiple Chrome.exe *32

Not sure what to do at this point. Please help.

Im also running MS Security Essential but it continues to show as unprotected even after updating and running a full scan. As of last night Ive noticed sever PC lagging. Multiple instances of various programs Chrome.exe *32, iexplorer.exe *32, anything that I open it opens in duplicable draining resources.

Need to check one more thing.

• Please download MGADiag by Microsoft and save it to your desktop.
• Double-click on
  
  icon to start the tool.
• PressContinuewhen prompted.
• When it has finished, press Copy.
• Press the
  
  + R on your keyboard at the same time. Type Notepad and click OK.
• Paste (Ctrl+V) this into notepad and save to your desktop.
