I meant from the left and right sides of your PC/laptop
so you should try the 3 I mentioned above, use them together
so far, I rarely have any popup
very few can pass but I easily add them to the blacklist using popup blocker strict

You come here and see whether you can block the popup coming from the right side. Just scroll down and the popup will appear from the right side

Beyond Prevention—Find and Eradicate Hidden Malware

I have uBlock Origin + Blockzilla + uBlock Filters+ and still can't block it

you are wrong. It's not a popup and a popup blocker will never be able to block that kind of thing
the only thing which can block it is adblocker using cosmetic filter. The filter can only apply on 1 website only. You have to block it manually or request the adblock filter developers to add it to their lists
Code:
www.iolo.com##.iolo_webToaster.widget_text.widget

uBlock Origin has cosmetic filtering on by default and it still cannot block. But I leave it as I'm not frequenting the site

uBlock Origin does it all with the Picker-Mode all works well no issues so far.

Just have a restricted Site behavior anyway:

1. Neowin
2. MalwareTips
3. heise
4. chip
5. n24
and so on

all other sites I visit under my new Test VM via Bluestacks and Firefox Focus.

Best regards
Val.

Yes, you can use uBlock Origin's Picker-mode to do that

Poper Blocker is great and it can block popups on all sites, not just on those listed in filters, just like SmartSSL is better than Https Everywhere.
