Hi, I got an malware, i don't know very well. It blocks all my computer with a message on my screen. And it's not a stolen computer because my another laptop now has the same virus arg... I switched their hdds and now these 2 laptops are contaminated.
I already tried to format, to use kaspersky, and now I'm trying Ubuntu and hoping Ubuntu eraser this virus.
I don't know what else to do... Sometimes I think that this virus is living on memory or another part besides the hdd.
Please, if someone already saw this image, please help me.
