Possible rogue?

So I noticed this about two years ago. And it's still up.

But so far nobody seems to have any answers.
What do you think? I've checked Virus total and not a single vendor seems to detect it.
Honestly, I wish I had screen-capped the EULA. I suspect another rogue.

For some reason this product is questionnable caused based on awards displayed on their webpage none I can see matched on Softpedia and PC World about editors review.

So again its an unethical for not providing concrete links to be proven it is tested and used.

Thanks for pointing that out. I hadn't noticed because I was busy reading their privacy policy and other nonsense on their page.
And that UI just looks awfully familiar.
